Over the past several years I have requested your assistance in organizing a tour of parts of India for my Rotary Club members and other acquaintances. These tours ranged from one to three weeks. I personally participated in two of the many tours you organized. The tours typically included Ajanta/ Ellora, Rahasthan, Delhi/Agra, Amritsar, Kerala, Mumbai and various destinations in Maharashtra including Mumbai.

The travel for these tour packages was by car (or mini bus), railway, or air. It included many points of interest recommended by Mahendra or selected by the members of the tour group. The size of the group ranged from 3 to 8.

I am very pleased to acknowledge that every tour was exceptionally well planned and managed. The most important aspect of Mahendra’s service is that he keeps in contact with the tour participants on a daily basis. In other words, he is not finished when he gets paid for the tour package! He ensures that the foreign visitors receive what they paid for.

Whether I was traveling with the group or not Mahendra’s services were always beyond the call of duty. Every person who I referred to the Acorn Holidays was pleased with the tour package he/she received and praised Mahendra’s personal attention to detail on a regular basis.

Most things very satisfactory to excellent:
- Cost
- Hotels
- Food
- Places to visit/sightsee

It was very good to have the phone - just in case - though I felt very safe.

The caves (Ajanta - Ellora) and the Tea plantations (Munnar-Kerala) were highlights but I enjoyed all of my tour.

It was good to get to know you as you guided me around Mumbai.  

Re-arrangements because of the 2 day strike were excellent. I was able to go on my own to visit the museum and art gallery in Trivandrum.

I wanted to personally say a big thank you from all of us for looking after us ladies each and every day of our tour. You helped make our trip not only safe but enjoyable each day. Our drivers, tour guides, hotel - all wonderful. I know you had to put up with us a few times but all worked out in the end.

I would highly recommend you to all of my friends/family to book their next tour to India. I only have good things to say for you.

I have been looking at the photographs I took during my recent visit to Udaipur, Ranakpur, Kumbalgarh, etc. I wanted to let you know that I had a truly wonderful time! Thank you for your assistance in arranging the car/driver and ensuring my travels were so memorable. The driver was very good - always on time, excellent in getting me to the desired locations, helping me to see the great sights along the way.
